anadock provides analytics dashboards, admin views, and custom actions on top of databases you connect. You supply the data source and the credentials; we supply the software. Nothing here transfers ownership of your data to us.

Every Hosted plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no card required. One workspace per trial, fair use applies. After the trial, paid plans bill monthly in advance; the trial workspace converts automatically unless you cancel.

• You have the right to connect each data source and share the resulting dashboards.
• Credentials stay confidential; rotate them if anyone with access leaves.
• Custom actions run against endpoints you control — you own whatever your endpoint does with the rows we deliver.

Self-hosted is licensed per deployment, priced on request. You run it inside your infrastructure; we provide images, updates, and support. Reverse-engineering the license check is out of scope — talk to [email protected] instead.

Paid Hosted plans target 99.9% monthly uptime on paid Hosted plans. Support at [email protected] responds within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 IST). Scheduled maintenance is announced 72 hours ahead.

We may suspend workspaces for non-payment, security incidents, or violations of the acceptable-use policy, with notice where feasible. You can export dashboards and delete your workspace any time; schema snapshots are removed deleted within 30 days of disconnect or account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of India, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for decisions made from dashboard data or for actions executed by your own endpoints.
