Privacy policy

ViewOne Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India (“anadock”, “we”) is the data controller for account data collected through anadock.com. Contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] for anything privacy-related.

When you connect a database, queries run live against your source and results are rendered in your browser session. We never copy, cache, or store your row data — no orders, no customer names, no payment records, not even temporarily beyond what is needed to serve the live request.

What we do store is schema metadata: table and column names, data types, and relationships. That is the minimum our AI needs to write correct SQL quickly (e.g. knowing there is an orders.total_amount column). Schema snapshots contain structure, never records.

• Account data: name, work email, workspace name, login timestamps.
• Schema metadata: table/column names, types, relationships — refreshed on connect, deleted within 30 days of disconnect.
• Billing data: plan, invoices, and payment status (card details stay with our payment processor).
• Support messages: whatever you send to [email protected].
• Ephemeral query logs: query text, duration, and error messages retained 90 days rolling; never the result rows.

• Customer row data from your connected databases.
• Passwords or secrets from your data sources (credentials are stored encrypted and used only to open your connection).
• Biometric, health, or precise-location data.

Account data runs your workspace; schema metadata powers SQL generation and autocomplete; logs keep the service reliable and secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your schema to train shared models.

Hosting and backups live in ap-south-1 (Mumbai) with encrypted backups in ap-south-2. Subprocessors: Cloud hosting (Mumbai region); Managed Postgres provider; Email delivery provider; Product analytics (cookieless, EU-hosted).

Accounts for the life of the account plus 30 days. Schema deleted within 30 days of disconnect or account closure. Logs 90 days rolling. Backups 35 days.

Access, correct, export, or delete your account data any time from settings or by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 2 business days. Schema deletion on disconnect is automatic — no ticket needed.

Self-hosted deployments keep everything — including schema metadata — inside your infrastructure. This policy then covers only the licensing and support relationship.

Material changes are announced by email 30 days ahead. Continued use after September 1, 2026 means you accept the updated policy.
